I now have mine working with proper 21:9 with no stretching (hud still stretched). ALSO, make sure your game is installed on the C drive to prevent freezing issues. The DLL I am referring to is the one you get by clicking on the "d3d8to9" link at the top of the main page. Replacing the d3d8.dll in the widescreen patch with reshades works great.
